Three services, one path forward
Choose your starting point
Finevault offers three engagements — each one designed for a different stage of your financial journey. Some people begin with a full review. Others come with goals already named. Some want a standing annual check-in. There's no wrong place to start.

What all three services share
Regardless of which engagement you choose, certain things remain consistent: all fees are flat and disclosed upfront, all work produces a written deliverable, and all consultations are personal and one-to-one. No templates are sold as custom work, and no products are enrolled through Finevault.
Flat, transparent fees
No commissions. No percentage of assets. You know the cost before you begin.
Written deliverables
Every engagement produces a document you keep — not just a conversation to remember.
Personal consultations
Direct, one-to-one sessions focused entirely on your situation — no scripted pitches.
Service 01
Comprehensive Financial Health Review
$1,200 USD
A full assessment of your current financial situation — income, expenses, savings, debt, insurance, and investment accounts — compiled into a snapshot report that highlights strengths and areas that could use attention. Includes a prioritized action list and a one-hour consultation to discuss findings.
Designed for individuals and families who want a clear, accurate picture of where they stand — before committing to any particular direction. This is often a natural first step for people who've never had a formal review, or who suspect their finances could be better organized but aren't sure where to begin.
Full review of income, expenses, savings, debt, insurance, and investment accounts
Written snapshot report with strengths, areas for attention, and prioritized action list
One-hour consultation to walk through findings and discuss your questions
Suitable for individuals and families at any stage — especially those starting out or starting fresh
Service 02
Goal-Based Financial Roadmap
$2,500 USD
A fully customized financial plan organized around your personal goals — whether that means homeownership, education funding, early retirement, debt reduction, or something else entirely. We model different scenarios, project timelines, and identify the saving and investment behavior needed to reach each goal.
Deliverables include a written roadmap document and two follow-up sessions to review progress and adjust the plan as needed. Suited for people who have clear goals in mind and want a structured, documented path toward them.
Custom plan built around your named goals — not adapted from a standard template
Multiple scenario models with projected timelines for each goal
Written roadmap document you keep — structured, readable, and yours to reference
Two follow-up sessions included for adjustments as your thinking evolves
Service 03
Annual Financial Check-Up
$750 USD
A yearly review engagement for individuals who already have a financial plan in place. We update your financial snapshot, assess progress against goals, adjust projections for any changes in income or circumstances, and refresh recommendations where needed.
Includes a meeting to walk through what's changed and a brief written update. Designed to stand on its own as an annual engagement — keeping your plan connected to the life it's meant to support, rather than letting it sit unchanged as the years move on.
Updated financial snapshot reflecting your current income, debts, savings, and goals
Progress assessment against the goals established in your existing plan
Adjusted projections for changes in income, family, or financial circumstances
Brief written update and a meeting to discuss — a standing annual engagement, not a one-time conversation

Not sure where to begin?
How to choose your starting point
"I don't really know where I stand financially"
The Comprehensive Financial Health Review is usually the right starting point. Before you can plan where to go, it helps to know clearly where you are. The review gives you that picture, along with a prioritized list of what to address first.
"I have goals in mind — I just need a plan to reach them"
The Goal-Based Financial Roadmap is designed for exactly this. You come with the goals — homeownership, early retirement, education funding, or anything else you've named — and we build a documented path toward each one, with scenario modeling and follow-up sessions.
"I already have a plan — I just want to keep it current"
The Annual Financial Check-Up is suited for people who've already done the foundational planning work and want a standing annual engagement to stay on track. It updates your snapshot, assesses progress, and refreshes recommendations where circumstances have shifted.
"I'm still not sure which one fits"
That's entirely fine — most people aren't sure before they've had a conversation. Get in touch with a few sentences about your situation and we'll suggest which service fits best, without any pressure to commit before you're ready.

The first step is usually just a conversation. Tell us a little about where you are and what you're hoping to understand better — and we'll point you toward the service that fits.
